MEETINGS & ACTIVITIES
The Convention will kick off with the annual golf outing at the Birdwood Golf Course next to the resort. On Sunday evening, we will host the Welcome Reception followed by Dinner and the rest of the evening open for you to socialize with members or enjoy the area.
Monday will be filled with speakers and educational sessions. Monday evening will feature our annual reception and dinner. On Tuesday, attendees are free to enjoy the morning before checking out and heading home.

For planning purposes, it is important that you indicate on the Registration Form the number of people that will participate in each meal and activity. Return the form and payment for the appropriate fees to the VTA no later than Monday, August 20, 2021. No refunds will be given after September 21, 2021.
NOTE: If your spouse is attending with you, you must pay the spouse registration fee in order for her/him to have breakfast, lunch and the group dinners. Two meeting attendees staying in the same room must pay the single registration fee for each person.

Alton B. Hall Memorial Golf Outing – Sunday, September 26, 12:54 p.m.
There is a new era of golf at the Boar’s Head Resort. Partnering with legendary PGA Professional Davis Love III and Love Golf Design, the resort has a reimagined the golf experience with 18 new championship golf holes along with a new six-hole par-3 course and an expansive putting course that spans nearly an acre in size.
The golf outing fee is $140 per player that includes green fee, cart and a driving range token. (Lunch is on your own and adult beverages will be available to purchase on your own) Please list the player name(s) and handicap or average score on the registration form and include the $140 per player fee with your registration. We have reserved tee times beginning at 12:54 for a maximum of 16 players, so please register early to ensure you get one of the player slots.
